Red-Box
One of the fun things in travelling, that you may encounter something unique something you can not find in your own home town.
Which is in my case Kuala Lumpur.
No...no I am not talking about taking picture of KLCC like bunch of "orang kampung", but more the unique experience when you are trying to mingle with the local society. This what interest me most.
So, it was Saturday nite, I have put on my newest Shirt and spray the my newest parfum....Yes..Single and ready to Mingle.
I and the boys decide heading up to Redbox, a family type karaoke in the heart of Bukit Bintang.
the place was cozy and located in the basement 2 at Low Yat plaza.
It cost us 42 RM for each person to get a 3.5 hours session there, with spacious room and interactive screen. Bit different with Jakarta, as in Jakarta the karaoke charge us on the room occupancy not on how many person enters the room.
" lesson learnt no. 41: some cost simply can not be shared".
Anyho, we start singing like bunch of 20 years old kids, fighting over the computer screen. Much to our expectation this karaoke indeed provide Indonesian songs, and well it is not too update, but hey it is KL not Jakarta.
When we start scrolling over the male singer name ( interestingly, the tv not only provide the name but also the picture of the singer)...
Look very enlighting untill a face of young chinesse guys labelled Utha Likumahuwa comes to screen....
Gee... I thought they only stole our "Rasa Sayange" but apparently...even the face of Utha Likumahuwa... Good Luck Utha !.
Lesson Learn # 43 : " Please consider to submit a copyright patent of my face and my name, some guy may use for something funny here"
Finally the clock was ticking to 00.30 am and we were called by reseptionist informing that the free supper are now available..
Free Supper ?...In Karaoke ?.. Hmm, if you think that the food is suck, well they totally not bad.
